MBW drivers will be dressed in Royal Blue jackets with MBW logo & will carry MBW ID cards.

Departure Procedures

You must call MBW on 0208 759 5252 when you have your luggage & they will deliver your car back to you.

Your car will be parked for you for the duration of your trip.

Directions

T2: Follow signs to T2 Short Stay. Go up ramp, keep to right, use any of 3 right hand entry barriers & enter car park(Level 4). Take ticket. Follow signs Off Airport Parking. Park in rows A&B.; T3:Follow signs T3 Short Stay. Enter Short Stay Car Park. Drive up to L3 and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and make your way to rows A and B. T4: As you leave Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Car Park. Enter Short Stay and drive to L2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking where a unifored driver will meet you in a bay T5: Follow signs for Terminal 5 departures & ShortStay Car Park. Keep left & use last set of barriers to enter car park on Level 4 & follow signs Off Airport Parking toStay Car Park. Keep left & use last set of barriers to enter car park on Level 4 & follow signs Off Airport Parking toRows R&S; where driver will be waiting. SERVICE OPERATES BETWEEN 0400-2359

Streetview is a Google service and in most cases we are able to instantly show you the exact location you are looking for. However, sometimes some manual navigation will be required to, say for example find the car park entrance or the front of the hotel.

We were met at the terminal by a chauffeur who took our car to the car park and we just went straight to check in. We were wondering how smooth it would be on the way back, but we just called the number they gave us after we had picked our luggage up and our car was there waiting for us. It does cost a bit more but it's worth it.
