The Premier Inn also have specially adapted rooms for disabled guests which include a wet room but be sure to mention it upon booking if you require this type of room.

For a holiday before you holiday begins, the Aubery Park Hotel near Luton airport makes for the perfect hideaway. It is located slightly further away from the airport than other hotels but with six acres of landscaped gardens and woods surrounding the hotel; it is worth the slightly longer drive.

Helpful Hotels
With airport transfers and regular shuttle services, there are great selections of helpful hotels around the UK dedicated to helping passengers get to their flights on time and with as little fuss as possible.
You won’t find many more helpful hotels than the luxurious Heathrow Hilton Hotel T4 which is actually connected to terminal 4 via a walkway.
The Sofitel Heathrow is also connected via a walkway to terminal 5 so your flight is just a short walk away.
If you are flying from Gatwick airport then the Premier Inn couldn’t be more convenient for you with a 24 hour manned reception and only a short 400 yards from the airport front door.
If you are looking for a hotel which caters for disabled guests then there are plenty out there. We would say, however, that the Ramada Encore (now the Holiday Inn) at Luton airport has probably the best and most comprehensive disabled facilities including lowered switches, emergency pull cords, handrails and wet rooms in their specially adapted rooms.
Other hotels will often offer specially adapted rooms for disabled guests but we always recommend that you double check before booking and always state what kind of room your require to ensure you are not left disappointed.
