Used LBA car parking many times and have been satisfied, however on this occassion on our arrival home I was disappointed to realise that our car had been bumped and scraped on the left side bumper. I know for definite this happened in the week that we left it at the carpark compound as I personally valeted the car immediately before we set off, there wasn't a mark on it and we had no mishaps on the journey to or from the parking site. I realise that I cannot prove anything and therefore theres no point in persuing the issue, however, due to this experience I feel I have lost faith and trust in airport car parking.
