Arrival Procedures

On arrival at the car park customers are asked to park in the customer parking area marked- the reception is clearly marked with illuminated signs - book in with the reception and leave keys with them as they will book in the car and park it for you in an allocated space.

Departure Procedures

After you have collected you luggage and cleared customs please use the Low Cost Courtesy phones inside the baggage reclaim (or at the main front doors) and use the Freephone number printed on the boards to call and advise the car park that you are ready for collection. Make your way out to stand 5 in the coach park (where you were dropped off). The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car.

Security

The car park is purpose built, fully secured and enclosed with high security fencing with CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day. Edinburgh Lo Cost Car park at Edinburgh Airport uses modern technology along side good old fashion on foot guard dog patrols. Their CCTV operates 24 hours per day and utilises state of the art Nite-Light Infrared illumination, this works alongside and in conjunction with their Full Site Flood Lighting. The perimeters of the car park are surrounded by 10 foot high electrified security fencing. Entrance to the Carpark is via Secure Gate Entrance Barrier and on Exit a unique PIN number is required before leaving, which you receive once you have checked out at reception.

Transfer Information

Two-way radio controlled Courtesy Coaches operate at 15 minute intervals throughout the day & night to transfer you, your family & luggage safely and in comfort to the Airport for a great start to your holiday or business trip.

Directions from M8 M9 Newbridge Roundabout

Take turn off for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station Industrial Estate(Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

Directions from Edinburgh A8 Glasgow Road

Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout, just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station then take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at the SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead at end of the road.
