When you arrive - one of Park and Fly's cheerful drivers will meet you, and you'll need to give them your car keys so they can park your car for you. Meanwhile, you'll hop on the car park's free transfer bus, which will have you at the airport in less than 10 minutes.

While you're away, the car park's conscientious staff regularly patrol the car park throughout the day and night. Floodlighting and CCTV is in use and the car park is surrounded by a high fence.

When you get back - give the car park a call when you clear customs and they'll send the transfer bus to the terminal to pick you up. No waiting around.

Arrival Procedures

When you arrive at the airport, follow signs for Terminal and Pick up zones. You'll need to go straight across three roundabouts along the way. At the first roundabout, take the second exit for Edinburgh Airport. At the next roundabout, take the second exit for 'Terminal', and at the third roundabout, take the second exit again by the sign for P-Terminal and P-Coaches. You'll then come to a mini roundabout, where you should keep to the right, and follow the sign for the P-Pick Up Zone. You'll then need to use the right hand barrier, take a ticket and enter the Pick up zone and keep your ticket for the driver.

Once you've arrived at the Pick up zone, head to the far right corner and park your car. A uniformed Maple Manor driver will meet you there and all you'll need to do is unload your luggage and hand your car keys to the driver. You'll need to remove your car keys from your other keys and just hand those to the driver. You'll also need to give the driver your car park ticket that you took at the barrier so they can leave the car park. The Maple Manor driver will be carrying ID and will take a look at your car for any noticeable damage before they take your car to the secured car park.

Departure Procedures

Once you've collected your luggage, call Park and Fly on 01313 334 111 and they'll bring your car back to where you dropped it off, while you make your way to the pick up area.

Transfer Information

Transfers to and from the airport run 24 hours a day and take seven minutes.

Disabled Information

The transfer buses are wheelchair accessible.

Insurance

The car park has fully comprehensive insurance covering all cars which are parked there. This does not cover loose items or mechanical or electrical failure.

Directions

From the M8:
Leave the motorway at junction 2, which is signposted Forth Road Bridge and Edinburgh airport. Stay in the left lane and filter left after 100 metres at the first exit onto the Newbridge roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the B7030, where you will see an BP petrol station and McDonald's. After 50 metres, turn left past the BP station, then after a further 30 metres, turn right into Chariot Drive. Park And Fly is at the end of the road.
From the M9 southbound:

Excellent Service. Was picked up promptly when I arrived back at Edinburgh Airport. The car was waiting for me when I returned and I was able to leave very quickly. I liked the fact that the car was brought to the entrance. Whilst my car is relatively new it is nice to know that the parking attendents probably have jump leads and would probably have got the car started long before I arrived even if the battery had initially been flat. Very impressed for the price.
