Airparks Meet and Greet Terminal South
Need to know:
Drive to the Approved Operator bays, which are outside the terminal. Here, you will meet your driver and hand over your car keys. All you then need to do is walk to check in.
When you get back, your car will be waiting for you outside the terminal.
This service is suitable for passengers with limited mobility, as you are not required to take a shuttle bus.
The car park is secured by:
- Regular patrols
- Security barriers
The small print:
- Airparks can only accept vehicles that will fit into a standard sized parking space, which is 2.4 m by 4.8 m. Minibuses or vehicles with more than 8 seats cannot be accepted.
- Your car will be parked up to 6 miles from the airport.
- If your outbound terminal is different to your inbound terminal just let Airparks know on your arrival and they can accommodate this, at no extra cost.
Arrival Procedures Call 01293 223 660 about 20 minutes before you arrive so that Airparks can dispatch their driver to meet you in the Approved Operator drop-off point at the terminal.
Make sure you give all your details to us on booking. If you have not, you will need to call Airparks at least 24 hours before you arrive to give them the information.
Airparks will be expecting you at the arrival time you listed on your booking. Your driver will have a photo ID and be wearing an Airparks uniform. An inspection will be carried out on your vehicle and photographs will be taken of any existing damage so there won't be any concerns on your return. Please make sure that you remove any key rings from your car keys.
Your driver will park your car for you while you catch your flight.
Departure Procedures Call 01293 223 660 and choose option 1 when you've collected your bags and quote your booking reference. You will be given instructions on where to meet your driver.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
Security The compound where your car is stored has 24-hour security with CCTV, regular patrols and security barriers.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Transfer Information No transfers will be required as you are met at both ends of your journey at your airport terminal.
Disabled Information The service is suitable for disabled passengers, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
Insurance Your vehicle is fully insured to be driven by Airparks members of staff. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.
