If you're looking for a convenient and simple option for parking at the North terminal, Airparks Meet and Greet is ideal. It takes the hassle out of parking - in fact, once you've given them a call to let them know you're on your way, you'll barely have to do any parking at all!

While you're off to departures, your chauffeur will take care of the parking for you. Avoid the stress of airport parking and transfer buses, and enjoy the short stroll to check-in.

Rest assured your car will be well looked after. It'll be stored in Airparks' secured car park that has fencing, CCTV and 24-hour security patrols.

All you'll need to do when you're back is give Airparks a quick call and head straight to the North terminal forecourt to collect your car. So within minutes of touching down, you'll be ready to head home.

Hints, tips and extra bits:

Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.



Arrival Procedures

Call 01293 223 660 about 15 minutes before you arrive so that Airparks can dispatch their driver to meet you in the Approved Operator drop-off point at the terminal.

Make sure you give all your details to us on booking. If you have not, you will need to call Airparks at least 24 hours before you arrive to give them the information.
Airparks will be expecting you at the arrival time you listed on your booking. Your driver will have a photo ID and be wearing an Airparks uniform. An inspection will be carried out on your vehicle and photographs will be taken of any existing damage so there won't be any concerns on your return. Please make sure that you remove any key rings from your car keys.
Your driver will park your car for you while you catch your flight.

Departure Procedures

Call 01293 223 660 and choose option 1 when you've passed through security and quote your booking reference. You will be given instructions on where to meet your driver.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

Security

The compound where your car is stored has 24-hour security with CCTV, regular patrols and security barriers.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Transfer Information

No transfers will be required as you are met at both ends of your journey at your airport terminal.

Disabled Information

The service is suitable for disabled passengers, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Insurance

Your vehicle is fully insured to be driven by Airparks members of staff. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.

Directions

Simply call them on 01293 223 660 and choose option 1 when you're about 10 to 15 minutes from the terminal (which will normally be when you're on the M23).
If you're coming from the M25, please call before you reach the M23. Head towards whichever of the two terminals you are flying from and follow the signs for the Passenger Drop-Off point. The North Terminal drop-off is outside the Sofitel hotel, while the South Terminal area is clearly signposted. Park in the left or right lane and an Airparks chauffeur will find you. If you get lost, just give Airparks a call.
