An ideal location, low prices and top quality security facilities make Airparks Gatwick an ideal choice for just about anyone travelling out of Gatwick airport.
Arrival Procedures Park in one of the arrivals bays, take note of the number and head to reception to check in. You'll need to present a copy of your booking confirmation, drop your keys in the red box for the correct number lane and you'll be given a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it later. It will also have instructions on the back for when you return.
You car will be parked for you while you catch the bus from the waiting area to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.
If you can't wait for a less crowded bus or you're just running late, don't panic. Airparks Gatwick can take you and your luggage straight to the terminal in your own car, which a member of staff will then drive back to the car park and park for you as normal. This service is called Late To Airport and costs £30.
Departure Procedures Catch the transfer bus from where you were dropped off. You'll need to show the ticket you were given at check-in to the driver. If you're at the South terminal, turn left out of the terminal and wait at bus stop 7 or 8, about 25 yards from the exit. If you're at the North terminal, turn right out of the terminal and follow signs for buses. Wait at bus stop 6 or 7.
After you've collected your keys from reception, drive to the exit and scan the barcode attached to your keys at the exit barrier to get out.
Security This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
Transfer Information Transfers operate 24 hours a day, taking only 10 minutes to the north terminal and 15 minutes to the south terminal.
Disabled Information All buses are fully DDA compliant and are suitable for wheelchair use. Assistance with your luggage is available if required from the bus driver.
