Trading Standards approved: Having been found to have attained a sufficient standard of customer car and quality of service by West Sussex County Council Trading Standards Service.

Arrival Procedures

Drive to the Car Park and your Chauffeur will book your car in and drive you to the terminal of your choice just 4 minutes away. A photo inspection of your vehicle takes place. Your Driver will offer you the choice of taking you and your party to the Terminal in one of our courtesy vehicles or in your own car accompanied by our driver. Taking your own vehicle may save the need to move child seats and luggage. This is beneficial if one of your party is disabled or have heavy luggage or equipment. This is a one to one service and you will not have to wait to transfer to coaches or buses.

Departure Procedures

On your return from holiday, and once you have retrieved your luggage and passed through customs just telephone the car park Controller on a dedicated phone line and their courtesy vehicle will be with you in 5/15 minutes. Please advise the Controller if you wish to be collected in our courtesy vehicle.

FROM SOUTH TERMINAL

From Customs you will enter into the Arrivals Hall. Turn Right and follow the signs to the Courtesy Coaches and Buses. Proceed all the way along the moving walkway and go down the ramps to the lower level. Exit the building and turn left. Please look out for your vehicle and your uniformed driver (red jacket, red cap) from the safety of the waiting area. Top Tip: If you exceed the 30 minutes allowed for exit a surcharge of £3.00 will be payable.

FROM NORTH TERMINAL

From Customs you will enter the Arrivals Hall. Turn right and exit the Terminal Building. Cross 3 lanes by the traffic lights and proceed under the short term Car Park. You will emerge in front of the Sofitel Hotel. Please wait at the Drop Off Zone. Please look out for your vehicle and uniformed driver (red jacket, red cap) from the safety of the waiting area. Top Tip: If you exceed the 30 minutes allowed for exit a surcharge of £3.00 will be payable.

Security

The Car Park is constantly patrolled by their own security team and has total metal palisade security fencing. It is clean and tidy with a purpose built office located in the centre of the car park and manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All vehicles are monitored entering and exiting the site. During peak periods they may move your car to our car park one mile away for a short period. This has the same security as our main site. By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Transfer Information

The driver will accompany you to the Terminal of your choice or transfer you in our courtesy car. A personal service, no buses, no coaches.

Directions

From M23 The Car Park is situated just 5 minutes drive from the Airport Terminals. Leave the M23 at JCT 9 and go straight over the South Terminal Roundabout. At the North Terminal Roundabout take 4th Exit towards Redhill/Horley until you reach the Long Bridge Roundabout with Esso Service Station to your left. Proceed straight over this roundabout towards Reigate. Proceed to next roundabout and go straight over. You will see Tesco Superstore to your left. Proceed to next roundabout and bear to right. Tudor Rose Car Parks will be found about 500 yards down on your left. From M25 Either take the M23 Exit and follow as above OR take the A217 Exit (JCT 8) and follow the A217 through Reigate to Gatwick As you approach Gatwick and just past the Black Horse Pub you will see Tudor Rose Car Parks to your right.
