Everything runs like clockwork - you'll fly through the automatic number plate recognition barrier in no time. From there, just choose your own parking space, park your own car, and, for added peace of mind, keep your own keys. You can relax and know that while you're away your car will stay exactly where you left it.

Long Stay, short transfer. There's no need to struggle with heavy suitcases, just hop on the transfer bus straight to the South terminal. It takes 5 minutes and runs every 10 minutes.

While you're away, your car will be secured in a high-tech car park with CCTV, perimeter fencing, security barriers and regular staff patrols. All of this, and it's an official Gatwick airport-run car park.

Hints, tips and extra bits:
There are disabled parking spaces throughout the car park. The bus stops have ramps, transfer buses lower and there's space on board for a wheelchair.
This car park does not accept trailers or motorhomes.
There is no height restriction for this car park, but vehicles must fit into a normal-size bay.

Arrival Procedures

On arrival the barrier will open automatically. Customers must then proceed to the reception where they will be asked to present their Holiday Extras booking confirmation. They will then hand in their car keys and be given a receipt. Your vehicle will be parked by valet staff leaving you free to board the courtesy coach to the terminal.

Departure Procedures

Just catch the transfer bus back to the car park to pick up your car. The bus picks up from the upper forecourt. You'll need to go to reception with the receipt you were given when you arrived so you can get your keys back.

Security

Car park is manned 24 hours a day, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. There is also comprehensive CCTV in place for added security.

Transfer Information

Long Stay Plus South is just two minutes from the South terminal on the transfer bus. Transfers run 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes and are included in the price.

Disabled Information

Suitable for Blue badge holders. The reception building and all courtesy coaches are fully DDA compliant.

Insurance

The car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part and reported prior to leaving the site.

Directions

From the direction of London or Brighton, exit M23 at Junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Keeping on the inside lane, exit left at the next roundabout following signs for the South terminal. Then take the second exit on the left, sign posted Long Term car park. Follow signs for Long Stay South, bear left until you reach the entrance barrier for Long Stay South Plus car park.
