There's no wasting time searching for a space. Pull up in a designated space at our closest car park to the North terminal. Simply hand over your keys at reception, and while you're heading straight to check-in, a fully insured driver will take your car to the secured car park on the airport grounds.

You're just two minute from the terminal - just head up the escalator to departures. It's ideal for customers with mobility problems, or those travelling with kids and lots of luggage.

A fully-trained and insured driver will treat your car as if it were their own, so you can travel with peace of mind knowing it'll be well looked after.

Rest assured, your car will never leave the airport. It will be stored in a secured, official Gatwick car park that has CCTV, floodlighting, fencing and regular staff patrols.

When you're back your car will be parked in an allotted bay, so within minutes of touching down, you'll be on your way home.

This car park has a height restriction for vehicles over 2.2m and a width restriction of 2.4m.

Arrival Procedures

When you arrive at the car park, head over to the Valet reception where a member of the team will let you know what to do next.

Departure Procedures

When you're ready to leave, head back to the Valet car park to collect your car and you're free to head home.

Security

Your chauffeur will park your vehicle in a secured compound for the duration of your trip. The car park is protected by security fencing, floodlights, cameras and regular patrols by staff.

Transfer Information

Collection of your car is from the pick up point adjacent to the terminal entrance.

Disabled Information

Valet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.

Insurance

The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Directions

- Leave the M23 at junction 9.
- You'll then come to a large roundabout, where you should follow signs for the North Terminal.
- At the next roundabout, take the first exit, following signs for the North Terminal.
- Move into the left lane, then turn left onto Racecourse Way.
- Follow the road round into the Valet arrivals car park.
- You may not be able to find the correct drop-off point if you are using satellite navigation, so it is a good idea to follow the signs for the Valet car park when you arrive at the airport.
