You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15 - 20 minutes away from the terminal so we can arrange a driver for you.

When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 1, departure drop off
As you go on the ramp towards Terminal 1, keep your vehicle in the left lane, which will then go down and automatically take you to the lower deck lane.
At the end of the lane on the left hand side, you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.
Holiday Instructions Terminal 1
During school holidays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Years the following procedures apply as these are our peak periods; this makes our service a lot more efficient during these busy periods. PLEASE call our friendly team to clarify which instructions apply as this can change according to traffic:
As you come out from the tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 1 Short Stay Car park 1.
Take a ticket from the Terminal 1/Carpark 1 barrier and take your vehicle to the GROUND LEVEL, and park your vehicle in ROW D
Terminal 2
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the Short stay car park entry barriers.
We recommend you use either of the entry barriers 1, 2 or 3, left of the six lanes available for the quickest route into the designated area.
Entering the car park on Level 4, continue left down the spiral to Level 2 following the signs for Off Airport Parking.
Pick ups and drop offs will be at designated bays on level 2 which will be sign posted for customers.

TERMINAL 3- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 3, Valet drop off point.
Park your vehicle in Lane 5 (furthest lane away from the Terminal Building).
You will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders on the left hand side, park your vehicle there.
Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

Follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car park.
Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 3, then park your vehicle in ROW A
TERMINAL 4- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 3XA
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal.
Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.
TERMINAL 5- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for Short stay Car Park found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit from the Terminal 5 roundabout.
After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked LEVEL 4.
Stay in THIS lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R-S. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as Off Airport Meet & Greet here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Waiting Time: As long as the arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 20 minutes.
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Proceed to your designated car collection point, where your chauffeur will greet you!
TERMINAL 1 Arrival Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the provided number given, so your car can be instructed to be dispatched.
As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park 1, then catch a lift to the Ground floor Carpark 1. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet in zone D behind the BAA Valet parking hut.
The first 15 minutes is covered in the access fee charged when making the booking any time over this will incur extra charges.
TERMINAL 2 Instructions will be given on drop off.
TERMINAL 3 Arrival Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW A. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet in zone A furthest point on your right hand side as you enter the Short Stay Car park.
The first 15 minutes is covered in the access fee charged when making the booking any time over this will incur extra charges.
TERMINAL 4 Arrival Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.
The first 15 minutes is covered in the access fee charged when making the booking any time over this will incur extra charges.
TERMINAL 5 Arrival Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row R OR S.
