When you get to the car park pass through the security barriers and find a space. Your car will stay there while youâ??re away as you keep your keys.

To get to the terminal just board the included bus, which shouldnâ??t take any longer than 5 minutes to get you there.

The car park has designated Blue Badge bays close to the bus stops as well as accessible buses. You'll just need to display your badge whilst you're away.

The car park is secured by:

  • Regular patrols
  • Entry and exit barriers

Important Information:

Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, buses to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times.

Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.

Arrival Procedures

The barrier will automatically recognise your number plate and dispense a ticket. Keep hold of the ticket and pick a space. A shuttle bus will take you to the terminal.

Departure Procedures

Catch the transfer bus back to the car park, drive to the barrier, put your ticket in the slot and the barrier will lift. If it doesn't, you'll just need to press the intercom so you can speak to a member of staff.

The car park has been awarded the police-accredited Park Mark and is protected by entry and exit barriers, regular patrols, a high fence and lighting at night.
