If you’re travelling from London Stansted Airport you won’t be disappointed when it comes to the facilities.

Eating & Drinking
As you’d expect, you won’t be short on choice for places to grab a bite or have a nice relaxing coffee or beer.

In terms of restaurants, you can get a taste of British or international cuisine at any one of the restaurants like the James Martin Kitchen, Giraffe or Coast To Coast.
There’s also plenty on offer in terms of bars, why not head to Cabin or Halo Fizz Bar for a little luxury and enjoy a relaxing glass of champers amidst the chaotic departure lounge.
Other drinking holes include The Windmill and the Wetherspoon Express Bar, where you can have a cold pint and a fry up whatever time of day.
Fast Track at Stansted Airport
If you’re not a fan of queuing, you can put your travel into the fast lane and use the FastTrack service.
This gives you access to an exclusive security lane, so you can whizz through the security process and head straight to the departure lounge to enjoy shopping, eating and relaxing.
To enjoy this service, you’ll need to pre-book it online at least one day before you travel.
Help at Stanted
If you need special help at the airport, you can find the help desks at the front of the airport terminal building, or between check-in zone D and E. The desks are manned 24/7 and can help with special assistance requests.
The information desk is open 24-hours. It can be located in the international arrivals area. You can receive help and advice as well as flight information.
Other help is also available including photocopying, printing on-line boarding documents and sending and receiving faxes.

Stansted provides 60 minutes free Wi-Fi access throughout the terminal buildings, so you will have plenty of time to do the obligatory ‘checked-in at London Stansted Airport’ Facebook update, or just keep on top of your emails before you fly.
You need to locate the following network on your device and then follow on-screen instructions ‘stanstedairport'.
There are also public Internet kiosks with printing services available before and after security if you need it.

Baby Changing Facilities
London Stansted has baby changing facilities in both the mens and ladies toilets in zone A check-in area. There is also a baby changing and nursing room located .in the Main departure lounge.
When arrive to the gates to board your plane there are baby changing facilities at the following Gates :
Gates 1 - 19: family room near Gate 13.
Gates 20 - 39: family room near Gates 33/34.
Gates 40 - 50: family room near Gate 43.
Gates 51 - 59: family room near Gate 59.
When arriving back at London Stansted Airport, there are a number of baby changing facilities in the arrivals lounge.
There is a family room near the International Baggage Reclaim area, which has baby changing facilities in both the mens and ladies toilets.
In the UK Baggage Reclaim area there is also a baby changing facility in the ladies toilet.
There is a baby changing facility from Gates 40-59 and also in the main arrivals greeting area.
Driving to Stansted Airport
It is advisable to give yourself extra time when driving to London Standsted Airport due to traffic delays. It can get busy and we advise to add an extra half an hour onto your journey, depending on what time of day you are travelling.
London Stansted Airport is situated just off the M11 motorway. If you are approaching from the London direction then please use 8a and follow the signs for the airport, or if coming from Cambridge, please use junction 8.

Car Parking at Stansted Airport
Stansted Airport offers a large range of car parking options. They include on-site parking for those who would like to be closer to the terminal building, off-site parking and the Meet and Greet service.
On site transfer times with the free shuttle service are between five and ten minutes, depending on the car park you have chosen.
The off-site car parks are around three miles away and provide a transfer time to the airport of around fifteen minutes. The shuttle service operates every fifteen minutes to and from the airport.
