Arrival Procedures

Park your car in one of the bays outside reception, head inside and grab a parking permit and key card to the underground car park. Get back in your car and drive into either underground car park 1 or 2, whichever was allocated. Use your key card to open the metal shutters. Your car will remain here until your return. Depending on which car park you're in, use the elevator or the ramp up to the hotel and head to the signposted collection point for the shuttle service. The transfer bus runs every half hour on the hour and half past the hour between 04:00 - 23:30, to and from Dublin airport. The journey takes 7 minutes and charges â?¬2 per trip. The buses come with free wifi, just ask for a password on-board.

Departure Procedures

To request a pick up from the airport call the car park on +353 1 866 9500 or contact the Tourist Information Desk at Dublin Airport once you are ready to be collected. They will then arrange for the bus to collect you from the Coach Park, zone 16.

The bus runs every 30 minutes quarter past and quarter to the hour, from 04:15 - 23:45 and is â?¬2 per person.

Security

Your car will be parked in a safe environment, protected by metal shutters only accessible with a key card collected at reception. That means no one gets in, or out without manually using their key. Security staff carry out on-site checks overnight and CCTV is also in operation. The procedure is hassle-free, you park your car in an available space and you'll find it in exactly the same spot on your return.

Disabled Information

The car park isn't accessible, but if wheelchair users require the transfer bus service they will provide a wheelchair accessible taxi and cover the cost.

Directions

- Leave the M50 at junction 3 and follow signs to Southbound/All other routes.
- Motorways merge, stay on M50.
- Exit at junction 4 following signs for Naul/Ballymun/R108.
- Keep left following signs to City Centre/Ballymun.
- Go straight on R108 through first set of traffic lights.
- At second set of traffic lights turn left onto Santry Avenue.
- The car park will be on your right.
