Need to know

To make your trip as hassle free as possible you must add your car registration to the booking to save time waiting at the barrier.

Drive to the car park, the address and directions will be on your booking confirmation.

When you arrive at the car park you'll reach a barrier - it will recognise your car registration automatically and lift to let you enter.

Park in a space, keep your keys and take the 2-minute walk to check-in.

Accessibility

Blue Badge spaces are available on a first come first served basis. You'll need to show your badge and have your ticket validated at the airport information desk on your way back.

Security

Your car will stay where you park it for the duration of your trip. The car park has:

  • Regular patrols
  • Entry and exit barriers
  • Fences
  • CCTV

The small print

Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, show it on your mobile device or even better try out our handy app.

Please note from 6th January 2020 - 30th April 2020 the Western entrance of the car park will be inaccessible due to a road closure. Customers are asked to access the car park via the Eastern entrance. Instead of taking the Connaught Bridge to the car park, take the Sir. Steve Redgrave Bridge. You can access the car park via Fishguard Way. There will be diversion signs in place.

Arrival Procedures

At the entrance to the car park, the barrier will recognise your number plate and lift. If you have any problems or the barrier does not lift, press the button to speak to car park staff and give them your booking reference.
Park, keep your keys and then it's just a short walk to the terminal.

Departure Procedures

Walk back to the car park and collect your car. Drive up to the barrier and wait for it to lift. If it does not lift or you have any problems, press the assistance button to speak to a member of the car park's team.
Please do not use your credit or debit card to open the barrier as you will be charged again.

Security

The car park is staffed 24 hours a day and frequently patrolled. It's also protected by CCTV, entry and exit barriers and a fence.

Transfer Information

No transfers are needed, this on-airport car park is located within a short walking distance of the terminal building.

Disabled Information

Blue Badge spaces are available on a first come first served basis, you just need to have a copy of your badge visible in the car.

The long stay in very near to the main airport which is nice, however, its called Main stay or something along the lines... as it was so close i didnt think it was the right one so i drove around more, asked someone who directed me back, pretty confusing, might wanna change the sign. also when i got back after about 5 days, my car was extremely dirty... a layer of dust and dirt on it, not very pleasant
