Drop your car off at the terminal, let a valet do your parking.

Need to know:

Drive to the designated drop off area at the terminal and leave your keys with the parking team. A valet driver will park your car for you in their secured car park while you take the 2-5 minute walk to the terminal.

On return theyâ??ll bring the car back to the terminal for you to collect.

Accessibility:

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't required.

The small print:

While you're away your car will be parked in a Park Mark-accredited car park, no more than 7 miles from the airport.

It is essential your car has a valid road tax and MOT. If not, the driver wonâ??t be able to drive it and you won't be able to claim a refund.

The car park can't take vehicles over 5.2m long, this includes medium and long wheel base vans.

Vehicles with any kind of trailer will not be accepted.

Please ensure your vehicle has enough fuel to complete at least 20 miles (although most vehicles will travel a much shorter distance during the parking period).

You can drop off and pick up your car from different terminals - you'll just need to let the car park know on arrival.

Booking confirmations can be printed or shown on your phone or device.

Arrival Procedures

- The uniformed driver will collect your car and your keys from you in the Approved Operator area.
- Give the driver your return flight time and number.
- They will park your car in their secured car park while you take the 2-5 minute walk to check-in.

Departure Procedures

- Once you've collected your luggage, call Just Valet on 07716 063 663 to let them know you're back.
- Walk back to the Approved Operator area where your car will be returned to you.

Security

The car park has been awarded the police-accredited Park Mark for its security.

Disabled Information

As this is a Meet and Greet service, disabled travellers should find it easier to use as there are no transfers to worry about.

Directions

When you're around 20 minutes from the airport, call Just Valet on 07716 063 663 to let them know you're on your way.

Here are your directions to the North terminal:
- Follow the signs to the North Terminal.
- As you enter the terminal follow signs for Short Stay car park, to the drop-off area between the Sofitel hotel and Short Stay multi-storey car park.
- Keep in the right lane as you go round the Sofitel.
- Park in the Approved Operator bay where you'll be met by your driver.

Here are your directions to the South terminal:
- Follow the signs to the South Terminal.
- Drive to the drop-off area under the multi-storey car park.
- Keep in the right lane and drive over the third zebra crossing to the Orange Zone.
- Park in the Approved Operator bay where you'll be met by your driver.
