Arrival Procedures

A driver will come over to you wearing a black jacket with the Drivefly logo on it. They'll give you a number to call when you get back from holiday and take your keys, then you can head to check-in while your driver takes your car and parks it in Drivefly's secured car park away from the airport.

Departure Procedures

When you've collected your luggage, call Drivefly on the number you were given, then make your way to the same place you dropped your car off on Level 4 of the Short Stay car park where your car will be waiting in row B, next to the lift/pay machines.

Security

Your car will be stored at the Drivefly car park - it has security fencing, CCTV, entry and exit barriers, security lighting and 24-hour security.

Disabled Information

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the Short Stay car park near the terminal and there's no need to take a transfer. But note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Directions

Around half an hour before you arrive, you'll get a call from Drivefly to check you'll be on time. If you don't hear from them, call 0754 500 4379 before you get to the airport.

- Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
- Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area.
- Keep right, passing the bus station and joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
- Keep right again as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Short Stay 2 car park.
- Head up the ramps into the Short Stay car park and continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the Short stay car park entry barriers.
-Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
- Once you have entered the car park keep right for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
- Park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine.
