Arrival Procedures

When you arrive at easyHotel Parking, park in any one of the free bays and head to reception with your booking confirmation. You'll need to let the hotel know your registration number when you check in your car, so it's a good idea to have it to hand just in case. Also let reception know if you'd like to travel on the Hoppa when you arrive.

Then, just take your keys and catch your transfer to the terminal. You can catch the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel to the airport and back - it runs regularly during the airport's opening hours.

T2 and T3:
From terminal 2 and 3, youâ??ll need to get the bus H8. The first bus from terminal 2 is at 04:27 and then every 45 minutes until 23:47. From terminal 3 the first bus is at 04:22, then every 45 minutes until 23:42.

Price:
When bought in advance, tickets cost £4.50 per person one way and £8 return. They cost £5 for a single and £9 return if purchased from the driver on the day. Up to two children under 15 can travel free with a paying adult.

The Hoppa bus only goes to terminals 2 and 3 from this hotel, so if you are travelling from terminal 4 or 5 you would need to use the Heathrow Express train between the terminals.

There's also the option of getting London bus 140, which is cheaper at just £2.40 per person; it will have less space for luggage though, and doesn't pick up right outside the hotel entrance like the Hoppa. The bus runs 24 hours a day, every 10 to 15 minutes.

Departure Procedures

When you get back, just head outside to the bus stop to catch the Heathrow Hoppa, or arrange a taxi back to the hotel. The Hoppa doesn't usually stop at the hotel on its return, so you'll need to let the driver know you'd like to get off there.

easyHotel Parking is secured with lighting and CCTV. It also holds the Park Mark award for added peace of mind.
