Since this is a special price, once you've booked this package, you can't change or cancel it without being charged.

Unfortunately the car park cannot accommodate trailers and motor homes.

Transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 run when needed only, so if you need to get from the airport to the car park between these times, call the car park and the transfer bus will come and get you.

The car park is closed for arrivals between 00:00 and 05:00.


Arrival Procedures

Park outside reception, unload your luggage and head in to reception to check-in. You'll be asked to leave your car keys with the member of staff on duty and you'll also need to have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. You'll be given a receipt with the return phone number on too. Then, jump in the transfer bus outside reception and you'll be at check-in in 6 minutes.

Departure Procedures

Once you've collected your luggage, call the car park on the number you were given when you checked in and they will send the transfer bus to pick you up from bus stop 24 in lane 2. When you get back, just head inside to reception where the car park's people will return your key, then jump in your car and drive home.

Security

The car park has 24-hour patrols, CCTV, gates, a fence and lighting. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award for car parks which is accredited by the police.

Transfer Information

Click Park provides transfers to and from terminal 5, 24 hours a day on demand. The bus takes just ten minutes. Transfers are included in the price.

Disabled Information

There are spaces for blue badge holders near the entrance. However, the transfer busses aren't wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility issues, please call us once you've booked and we'll arrange suitable transport to get you to the terminal.

Directions

- Leave the M25 at Junction 14, following signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.
- Take the first exit at the roundabout if you are coming anticlockwise, and the third exit if you are coming clockwise, onto the A3113 Airport Way.
- At the first roundabout, go straight onto the Southern Perimeter Road.
- Go straight on at the next roundabout and through three sets of traffic lights.
- At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Beacon Road, signposted central London, Staines and the A30.
- At the next roundabout take the fifth exit onto Sanctuary Road, signposted Quarantine Station.
- The entrance to Drop & Ride is the first left, opposite Heathrow Animal Reception Centre.
