The small print:

There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces.

Shuttles between 11.30pm and 4am run when needed only, so if you need to get from the airport to the car park between these times, use the yellow intercom phone at the car park bus stops and the shuttle bus will come and get you.

The car park is closed for arrivals between midnight and 4am.

As this is a special low-rate offer, you wonâ??t be able to change or cancel your booking.

Arrival Procedures

The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.
Take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically. Keep this ticket.
When you've found a space, make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket along with the nearest bus stop. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus. Transfers between 23:30 and 04:00 run when needed only, so if you need to get from the car park to the airport between these times, use the yellow intercom phone at the car park bus stops and the transfer bus will come and get you.

If you want to get to terminals 4 or 5, you just need to hop on the free underground service from terminals 2 or 3.

Departure Procedures

You'll need to catch the transfer bus back from the terminal.

From Terminal 2: As you leave the terminal, look for signs to the Long Stay car park, Bus stop 6. Follow these signs to the ground floor where you'll see Bus stop 6 and can catch the transfer bus back to the car park.

From Terminal 3: Bus stop 16. Follow signs for bus stops 16-22 out of the terminal. Bus stop 16 will be in front of you.

Once you get to the car park, if your ticket says 'cashier' on it, you'll need to take it to the customer services office opposite bus stop 6, by the exit, so they can validate it for you. You'll need to leave your car where it is as there are no spaces outside the office. Collect your car and, at the exit barrier, insert your ticket. The barrier will lift automatically. Turn right out of the car park to leave the airport.

To transfer to the terminal, you'll need the orange Long stay 2 and 3 transfer bus. To request a pick up during off-peak periods, use the Yellow courtesy courtesy phone and dial 656272 or call 020 8745 to let the car park know which terminal you are at.

The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, fences and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park even holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the police.

Transfer Information

Click Park provides transfers to and from terminal 5, 24 hours a day on demand. The bus takes just ten minutes. Transfers are included in the price.
