Heathrow Purple Business Meet & Greet

Arrival Procedures

The Handover Captains are at their desks from 05.00 every day.

Terminal 1 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 1: TW6 1AP)

1. Follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on the ground floor - NOT Short Stay Car Park 1A upstairs)

2. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).

3. Keep to your right and IMMEDIATELY TAKE A FIRST LEFT down to the lower ground floor.

4. Turn right and drive all the way to the end and bear left after the portacabin, until you are facing the opposite direction.

5. You will see the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays immediately to your right.

6. Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.

7. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the payment machine.

Terminal 2

(Postcode for GPS to Terminal 2: TW6 1EW)

Follow signs to the Short Stay 2

Drive up the ramp, fork right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm.

Keep to your left and stay in the lane for level 1, 2 & 3 (the car park entrance on your far left) (PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CAR PARK ON THE FAR RIGHT HAND BARRIERS)

At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).

Drive down the ramp following the P - Off Airport signs and exit at level 2.

Follow the P - Off Airport signs all way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the car park.

You will see our blue Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays in Row A (Bays 1 to 6) & Row B (Bays 1 - 14).

Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport)

Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

Terminal 3 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)

1. Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3.

2. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).

3. Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3.

4. Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park.

5. You will see the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts.

6. Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).

7. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

Terminal 4 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 4: TW6 3XA)

1. Follow the signs to short stay car park.

2. Drive up the ramp and keep to your right.

3. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).

4. Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2.

5. Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs.

6. You will see the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts in Row A.

7. Park your car in one of these bays. (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport)

8. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the lift area.

Terminal 5 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 5: TW6 2GA)

1. Follow signs for Short stay Passenger pick-up.

2. Drive up the ramp, filter to the right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm,

3. KEEP to your LEFT and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4.

4. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).

5. Once inside, follow the arrows and the P - Off Airport signs to the end of the car park to ROW R & S.

6. You will see the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts.

7. Park in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).

8. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

Important Information regarding our Meet & Greet Service It is essential that you hand over your keys to our representative at the terminal, so that your vehicle can be moved to our car park. Purple Parking can not be held responsible for any car parking costs incurred, if we are not able to move your vehicle.

Please note

Purple Parking has made special arrangements with Heathrow Airport at all terminals for customers to drop off their cars on arrival inside the Short Term Car Parks. One of the Handover Captains will always be there from 05.00 to at least 22.00 7 days a week / 365 days a year. No need to telephone if you are early or late for your arrival time - the Captain will be there for you. No need for an umbrella - the meeting points are all undercover.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

Departure Procedures

On your return your vehicle will be brought back to you at your designated terminal.

By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle. 24 Hour security guards, 24 hr CCTV.
