Long Stay T2 and 3 Terminal 2,3

Our customers love Long Stay. In fact, over 98% of them said they'd book again - and it's easy to see why.

It's parking made simple. The automatic number plate recognition system knows exactly who you are when you drive up to the barrier, so you can glide straight through.

Choose exactly where you park, and keep your keys too! You're completely in control. You can leave with peace of mind that your car will stay exactly where you left it.

Because it's an official airport car park, there's official airport security too. With fencing, lighting, CCTV and 24-hour patrols, your car will be well looked after.

All you'll need to do is hop on the transfer bus to the terminal. It runs every 8 minutes, so you won't find yourself waiting around. You'll be at the terminal in just 15 minutes - and the best thing is, it's included in the price.

For a speedy transfer back to your car, head to the bus stop outside the terminal and you'll be whisked back to the car park. It's that simple.

Hints, tips and extra bits:
The buses have low floors and space to accommodate wheelchairs. The Airport Help Bus, a special bus designed for passengers with mobility problems or a lot of luggage, is also available but you need to request it in advance.
There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes more than one space the car park may charge for two spaces.
Transfers only run when needed between 00:00 and 05:30.
[date from="2015-06-18" to="2015-06-29"]Just to let you know, Terminal 1 is closing from the 29 Jun 15.[/date]

Arrival Procedures

When you get to the car park, drive to the barrier, take a ticket and the barrier should raise. The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book. Keep the ticket as you'll need it when you get back. Drive into the car park and park in a space. Make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket along with the nearest bus stop.

When you've parked simply hop on the transfer bus to the terminal. It runs every 8 minutes and takes just 15 minutes - and the best thing is, it's included in the price. Between 00:00 and 05:30, you'll need to ask for a transfer bus.

Departure Procedures

You'll need to catch the transfer bus back from the terminal.

From Terminal 2: As you leave the terminal, look for signs to the Long Stay car park, Bus stop 6. Follow these signs to the ground floor where you'll see Bus stop 6 and can catch the transfer bus back to the car park.

From Terminal 3: Bus stop 16. Follow signs for bus stops 16-22 out of the terminal. Bus stop 16 will be in front of you.

Once you get to the car park, if your ticket says 'cashier' on it, you'll need to take it to the customer services office opposite bus stop 6, by the exit, so they can validate it for you. You'll need to leave your car where it is as there are no spaces outside the office. Collect your car and, at the exit barrier, insert your ticket. The barrier will lift automatically. Turn right out of the car park to leave the airport.

Transfers run when needed between 23:00 and 04:00 - just call the car park on 020 8745 6261 and let them know which terminal you are at, along with your bus stop number and which car park you require.

Security

Heathrow Long Stay Parking is manned 24 hours a day and is protected by CCTV, a fence and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.

Disabled Information

The buses have low floors and space to accommodate wheelchairs. The Airport Help Bus, a special bus designed for passengers with mobility problems or a lot of luggage, is also available but you need to request it in advance.
