What's more, it's parking made simple. The automatic number plate recognition system knows exactly who you are when you drive up to the barrier, so you can glide straight through.

Choose exactly where you park, and keep your keys too! You're completely in control. You can leave with peace of mind that your car will stay exactly where you left it.

Because it's an official airport car park, there's official airport security too. With fencing, lighting, CCTV and 24-hour patrols, your car will be well looked after.

All you'll need to do is hop on the transfer bus to the terminal. It runs every eight minutes, so you won't find yourself waiting around. You'll be at the terminal in just four minutes - and the best thing is, it's included in the price.

For a speedy transfer back to your car, head to the bus outside the terminal and you'll be whisked back to the car park. It's that simple.

Hints, tips and extra bits:
The buses arenâ??t wheelchair-accessible. However, if you need help, just call the car park before you arrive to let them know and theyâ??ll arrange transport for you.

The bus stops in the car park and outside Terminal 4 are sheltered.

Transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 run when needed only, so if you need to get from the airport to the car park between these times, call the car park and the transfer bus will come and get you.

Parking prices are calculated in 24-hour blocks, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.

You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. If you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details.

There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces. The car park doesn't take commercial vehicles.

Arrival Procedures

The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.
At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number, give you a ticket and lift automatically. Keep the ticket with you as you'll need it when you get back. Then, drive in and park in a space. It's a good idea to make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket, along with the nearest bus stop to make it easier to find your car when you get back. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus and you'll be at check-in in 4 minutes. If you have any problems, press the call button for help. Transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 run when needed only, so if you need to get from the airport to the car park between these times, call the car park and the transfer bus will come and get you.

Departure Procedures

You'll need to catch the transfer bus back to the car park from Terminal 4, so go to bus stop 3 to wait for the bus. Once you're at the car park, pick up your car and drive to the customer service office next to the exit, where they'll validate your ticket so you can leave the car park. All that's left then, is to drive out the barrier and head home.

Security

The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, fences and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park even holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the police.

Transfer Information

Transfers to and from terminal 4 take between three and seven minutes. They run every seven to eight minutes between 5am and 11pm, and when needed outside these times. Transfers are included in the price.

Disabled Information

There are disabled parking bays next to reception. However, the transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, you'll need to let the car park know in advance so they can arrange transport for you.

Directions

- Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Heathrow terminal 4.
- At the motorway roundabout, take the first exit if you are coming anticlockwise, and the third exit if you are coming clockwise, onto the A3113 Airport Way.
- At the first roundabout, go straight on onto the Southern Perimeter Road.
- Go straight on at the next roundabout and at three sets of traffic lights.
- At the Beacon Road roundabout, take the second exit continuing on Southern Perimeter Road.
- Take the next left onto Scylla Road and you'll see the car park on your right.
