Drop-off and pick-up at Short Stay. Stroll to check-in.

Need to know:

Drop your car off at the Short Stay car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal.

When you get back walk back to where you were met on arrival and your car will be ready for collection.

Accessibility:

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

The car park is secured by:

  • 24-hour patrols

The small print:

Your car will be dropped off and collected from Terminal 2. Â As the car park constantly monitor flights, they will return the car to the terminal you are landing to.

Maple Manor doesn't accept cars taller than 2.05 metres. Prices quoted and any bookings made online are for cars only. Vans, lorries, minibuses, caravans, trailers, and mobile homes will incur extra charges..

Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

All airport fees are included.


Arrival Procedures

When you're exactly 20 minutes from the airport, call Maple Manor on 01895 544382 and choose option 1. Be as exact as you can to 20 minutes before you arrive, as this can cause problems for Maple Manor. When you arrive, just follow the signs for Terminal 1 Short Stay Car Park. The entrance is on the ground floor and as you drive up to the barrier, you just need to take a ticket and drive through. Keep on the right and then turn left to the lower ground floor. Turn right, then drive to the end where you should see the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays on your left. Park in one of those and one of our drivers in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car. All you then need to do is take your luggage and walk to the terminal.

Departure Procedures

As soon as you've collected your luggage, call Maple Manor on 01895 544382 and choose option 1. Exit the arrivals hall, turn left and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park 1. When you reach the car park, take the lift to the ground floor and head to the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays. Your car will be brought back to the place where you dropped it off.

Security

While you're away, your car will be stored in one of Maple Manor's secured car parks. All of the car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.

Transfer Information

No transfers are required. Once your car is picked up you proceed directly to check in.

Disabled Information

Maple Manor welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers.
