Priority Park & Ride is a secured and convenient option for Heathrow parking. You'll be just 12 to 15 minutes from the airport.

Arrival Procedures

Follow the directions to the car park. Once you've parked, head to the reception with your confirmation email or booking number. Leave your keys so a member of staff can park your car, then hop on the shuttle bus to the terminal. Transfers run on request, take 12 to 15 minutes and are included in the price.

Departure Procedures

Call the number provided on your confirmation after you have cleared customs and have collected your luggage.
At Terminal 3, the shuttle bus will collect customers in the car park at level 1 at the set down area by the exit ticket payment machines.
At Terminal 5, the shuttle bus will collect customers in the car park at level 4, section L or M by the lifts.

Once you're back at the car park, head back to reception to collect your keys and you're ready to drive home.

Security

The car park is staffed 24 hours a day, and has CCTV, high security fencing, security barriers on entry and exit and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

The car park staff can assist disabled passengers. Call us on 0800 093 5478 and one of our team will contact the car park to make the arrangements for you.

Directions

- Come off the M4 at Exit 4.
- At junction 4, exit onto Stockley Rd/A408.
- Go past three sets of traffic lights and the Crown Plaza Hotel on the left.
- Continue on the A408 to a set of lights on a roundabout.
- Carry on forward to another set of lights and travel forward about 500m.
- Look for a sign on your left for Horton Road, Stockley Park.
- Go down the ramp and bear left at the first roundabout.
- At the next roundabout continue on to Horton Road.
- At the end of Horton Road turn left onto the High St.
- Go over the canal bridge and turn left at Barclays Bank.
- Follow signs to West Drayton Business Park. Our office is on the right hand side before the car wash.
