Arrival Procedures
When you arrive at Purple Parking Heathrow, follow the signs for check in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will then be directed into the arrivals area by one of the Purple Parking hosts. Take your belongings from your car and go to the reception to check in. When you hand over your keys, you'll receive a vehicle return voucher - keep a hold of this. A courtesy bus will then take you to your terminal.

Departure Procedures
You'll receive detailed return procedures when you drop your car off. Once you've cleared customs, call 0208 754 9222 and give them the voucher number given to you when you arrived. They will give you instructions on getting back to your car. You'll need to catch a bus from the following stops:
Terminal 2 - stop 17; Terminal 3 - stop 22, Terminal 4 - stop 21, Terminal 5 - stop 24.
At the car park, hand in your voucher and you'll get your keys back. Your car will be waiting for you in the Returns area.

Security
Purple Parking is secured. CCTV is in use and the car park is protected by entry and exit barriers as well as a fence. It's also patrolled by staff 24 hours a day. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Transfer Information
Transfers to and from the car park run when needed and they take around 5-13 minutes. Transfers are included in the price. The regular transfer bus doesn't run between 00:00 and 03:30. However, if you're landing between these times you'll still be able to get a bus by calling 02087 549 222 when you're back.

Insurance
Parking is always at the owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park which are available at reception. A condition report is carried out on all vehicles on arrival.

Directions

From the M25
- Leave the M25 at junction 15 and join the M4, following signs for London.
- Leave the motorway at junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow and Feltham.
- At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout, turn right onto the A4 Bath Road towards Heathrow.
- Purple Parking is about a mile down the A4 on the left, next to the Premier Inn.

From the M4
- Leave the motorway at junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow and Feltham.

- Purple Parking is about a mile down the A4 on the left, next to the Premier Inn.

If you're using a Sat Nav, you'll need to enter 15 Bath Road into the address otherwise you might have trouble finding the entrance.

Simple straightforward undercover parking. Greeted by name on arrival I thought was a nice touch. As phone signal is so bad around T5 was unable to ring in on return but managed to catch the transfer coach on spec but car was waiting for me in the departure car park. Very quick and professional service. Felt secure leaving car there. Price was fair also. Will def use again.

The car park and the administration arrangements are fine but the delay at Heathrow waiting to be picked up and ferried back to the car park (about 40 minutes) was unacceptable.

i FOUND THE PROCESS OLD FASHIONED, HAVING TO STOP AT THE BARRIER WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND WAIT FOR THE PAPERWORK, THEN HAVING TO LOOK FOR YOUR CAR WHEN YOU ARRIVE BACK. MAYBE SOMEBODY CAN EXPLAIN WHY MY FRONT PASSENGER SEAT WAS BROUGHT FORWARD, i KNOW IT IS A DETAIL BUT I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEBODY WOULD CHANGE THE SETTING. pARKING QUITE FAR FROM TERMINAL 5
