With this handy package you donâ??t need to worry about parking at all, just leave your car with one of Purple Parkingâ??s expert drivers and walk to check-in while your car is parked for you in a secured car park.

Need to know:

Drive towards the terminal and head to the Short Stay car park â?? weâ??ll give you full directions of where to go in your confirmation email.

A professional Purple Parking driver will be waiting to meet you. Leave your keys and car with them and theyâ??ll move your car to a secured car park while you walk to check-in.

When you return just give Purple Parking a call and pick up your car from where you dropped it off.

Arrival Procedures

The earliest time your car can be picked up is 05:00. On arrival just drive up the ramp and keep to your right, then at the entrance barrier, just take a ticket.
- Then drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2, drive down this ramp and turn right. Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs.
- Follow the road all the way round until you reach the end of the car park, you'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these.
- Someone from the Purple Parking team will be waiting for you at a grey desk near the lift. Lock your car and hand them your keys, fill in your paperwork and you can head up in the lifts to catch your flight.

Departure Procedures

Once you've collected your luggage, leave the ground floor at the exit near WHSmith. Head to the Short Stay Car Park, turn left past the cash machine and take the lift up to Level 2. Turn right and you should be at the car park, head over to the grey desk to pick up your car keys. You're then free to hop in your car and drive home.

Security

Purple Parking is patrolled by security guards 24 hours a day and has CCTV, perimeter fences, entry and exit barriers and floodlights. It's also been awarded the police accredited award, the Park Mark, for it's security.

No need for a bus, as you drop your car within walking distance!

Directions

- Drive to the terminal and follow signs for Short Stay car park 4.
- Take the ramp up and keep to your right.
- Take a ticket at the barrier - don't worry, you won't have to pay.
- Take the ramp down to Level 2.
- Take the first left and then the first right.
- Drive to the end of level 2.
- Park in one of the "Off Airport Meet and Greet" spaces opposite the lifts.
If you're using a SatNav, you can enter the postcode TW6 3XA for Terminal 4.

Please do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.
