Purple Parking Meet and Greet Terminal All Terminals

Purple Parking's Meet and Greet package is the perfect choice for hassle free parking at Heathrow airport. Everything is done for you so you can catch your flight without worrying about a thing, then return from holiday get in your car and drive home. Just drop your car off in the Short Stay car park by whichever terminal you're departing from, and it'll be parked for you while you walk to check-in. When you return, your car will be brought to the terminal for you so you can head straight home... no waiting, no hassle!

 



Arrival Procedures

The earliest time for pick-up is 05:00.
Terminal 1: Your chauffeur will meet you in Short Stay car park 1, which has its entrance on the ground floor - don't go to car park 1A upstairs.

- Take a ticket at the entrance barrier - you won't have to pay - keep right, and then immediately turn left down to the lower ground floor.
- Turn right, drive all the way to the end, and bear left after the portacabin until you're facing the opposite way. - You'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays on your right, park in one of these. - Your chauffeur will be waiting for you near the payment machine - you'll just need to lock your car and give them your keys and your car park ticket.

Terminal 2: Your chauffeur will meet you in Short Stay car park 2.

- When you arrive, drive up the ramp, follow the right fork and drive under the yellow height restriction barrier.
- Keep left and follow the lane for level 1, 2 and 3. Don't enter the car park on the right-hand side.
- Take a ticket at the barrier, head down the ramp and follow the "P - Off-airport parking" signs and enter level 2. Look for row A, bays 1 to 6 or row B, 1 to 14, at the far end of the car park. Don't park in the disabled, brown badge or unpaid bays or you may get a ticket.
- Lock your car and hand over your keys and parking ticket to your Handover Captain, who will be behind a grey desk near the pay machine by the lift.

Terminal 3: Follow the signs to Short Stay car park 3.

- Take a ticket at the entrance barrier - you won't have to pay - then drive up the ramp to level 3.
- Follow the road round to rows A and B at the far end of the car park - you'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these.
- Your chauffeur will be waiting for you near the payment machine - you'll just need to lock your car and give him or her your keys and your car park ticket.

Terminal 4: Follow the signs to the Short Stay car park and drive up the ramp, keeping to the right.

- Take a ticket at the entrance barrier - you won't have to pay - then drive down the ramp to level 2.
- Drive to the end and turn right, following the exit signs. You'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays opposite the lifts in row A. Park in one of these.
- Your chauffeur will be waiting for you nearby - you'll just need to lock your car and give him or her your keys and your car park ticket. It's essential that you hand over your keys to the representative at the terminal or your car can't be moved to the car park while you're away. Purple Parking can't be held responsible for any extra parking charges you may receive if they can't move your car.

Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards departures, then turn right where you see the sign for short stay and passenger pick-up.
- Drive up the ramp, keep to the right and drive under the yellow barrier.
- Then, keep to the left and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4.
- You'll then see signs for Avis, keep following the signs towards a third set of barriers.
- Take a ticket at the entrance barrier - you won't have to pay - and follow the arrows and the Parking Off-Airport signs to the end of the car park where rows R and S are.
- You'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays opposite the lifts, park in one of these bays. Don't park in the disabled, brown badge or unpaid bays or you may get a ticket and Purple Parking can't be held responsible for any parking tickets issued by the airport.
- Your chauffeur will be waiting for you near the payment machine - you'll just need to lock your car and give him or her your keys and your car park ticket.


Departure Procedures

Just call the car park on 08458 505 455 when you've collected your bags, and your chauffeur will bring your car back to the terminal for you as follows:

Terminal 1: Come out of the ground floor exit (it's one floor down from UK and Ireland arrivals) by Costa Coffee. You'll see a sign for valet parking in front of you, on the edge of the Short Stay car park. Follow the signs into the car park and down to the ground floor, and walk past the valet parking kiosk. Your car will be brought to row D.
Terminal 2:After you come through Customs, go to level 2 of the Short Stay car park and head to rows A or B, where your car will be brought to you.
Terminal 3: After you come through Customs, bear right and follow the signs past Boots to Short Stay car park 3. Take the lift to level 1, then turn left and walk across the pedestrian bridge. Then take the lift on your right to level 3. Your car will be brought to row D.
Terminal 4: After you come through Customs, turn left and come out of the terminal on the ground floor by WHSmith. Make your way to the Short Stay park. Turn left past the pay machine and take the lift up to level 2. Turn right out of the lift. Your car will be brought to zone A, the furthest zone from the lift.
Terminal 5: Come out of the orange exit and take the lift to level 4 of the Short Stay car park. Your car will be brought to row K or L.


Disabled Information

The car park itself has no disabled facilities, however Purple Parking Meet and Greet is ideal for disabled customers as there are no transfer buses to board.

Parking is at owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park.

Directions

Just drive to whichever terminal you are flying from at Heathrow. Your chauffeur will meet you in the Short Stay car park outside the terminal.
