Well, book our Stress-Free Meet and Greet package and that's just what you'll get. A chauffeur will meet you at departures and take your car to a secured car park while you get on with those unending security checks. When you return, they'll bring it back to you. It truly is stress-free.
Arrival Procedures
Just drive to whichever terminal you're flying from at Heathrow. Your chauffeur will meet you outside departures. They'll take your car and park it for you in Stress-Free's secured car park - all you need to do is walk to check-in.
Please call Stress-Free on 07901 332993 about half an hour before you expect to get to the airport. Cars can only wait in the drop-off area at terminals 3 and 4 for 10 minutes, so make sure you let Stress-Free know if you're then going to be earlier or later than expected.
At terminals 3 and 4, your chauffeur will meet you on the departures forecourt, in the furthest lane from the terminal. At terminal 5, drive up the ramp towards departures, then turn right where you see the sign for short stay and passenger pick-up. Drive under the barrier and keep left, following signs for fast track. Take a ticket at the entrance barrier, then follow the arrows on the road to row L.
Your chauffeur will have photo ID. He or she will check your car for damage and confirm your return flight details. Then you just need to hand over your car keys and walk to check-in while your car is parked for you. At terminal 5, you'll also need to give your chauffeur your short stay car park ticket so he or she can get out.Departure Procedures

Just call or text Stress Free Parking once you've collected your luggage. Your chauffeur will meet you as follows:

Terminal 4: on the ground floor of the Short Stay car park, in the far right corner (come out of arrivals and cross both zebra crossings)
Terminal 5: on level 4 of the Short Stay car park, between rows L and M
The pick-up point is signposted in each case.
Your chauffeur will need to take a ticket at the car park entry barrier, which will give him or her 15 minutes in the car park - so it's important that you only contact Stress-Free when you're ready to collect your car, so you don't risk having to pay for going over the 15 minutes. At the exit barrier, just put the ticket into the slot to get out.Security
The car park has CCTV, electric gates, barriers, a high fence and floodlighting and is patrolled 24 hours a day by security guards. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the police.Transfer Information
Transfers are not necessary as you will be met and your car returned to you at the terminal.Disabled Information
