Parking at terminal 3 doesn't get any simpler than with Heathrow's handy Valet service. Just hop in your car and drive to the terminal - the rest is up to them. It really is that simple.

Every part of the process is quick and stress-free. Simply pull into one of the Valet Parking bays and head to reception where your driver will meet you. Then just hand over your keys and make the short walk to the terminal while your car is parked for you in a secured car park, leaving you free to enjoy your holiday.

Your car will be in safe hands while you're away. The car park uses floodlighting, CCTV and secured fencing. There are also regular staff patrols for added peace of mind, so you can relax knowing your car is being properly looked after while you soak up some international sun.

It's just as easy when you return. After you touch down, simply head back to the Valet Parking office on the first floor of the Short Stay car park at T3, where your car will be waiting for you. All that's left to do then is hop in and head home. With no transfers or long waits, it really couldn't be easier.

Hints, tips and extra bits:

If your car has been modified outside of the manufacturer's specifications, it is best to check with the car park before you arrive to make sure they can accept you.

Please let the car park know if you're returning to a different terminal than you left from, so your car can be waiting for you when you return.


Arrival Procedures

Park in one of the bays and make your way to reception to check in. Your car will be checked for damage, and then you can walk to departures.

Departure Procedures

Walk back to the first floor of the Short Stay car park across the bridge from the terminal. Talk to the staff in the valet office and they will return your keys and direct you to your car.

Security

Your car is parked in the Business Parking car park, which holds the Park Mark award. It is fenced and floodlit, with 24-hour patrols and CCTV. Park Mark is a national security award that is accredited by the police.

Transfer Information

The car park is a five-minute walk at most from check-in.

Disabled Information

Valet parking eliminates the need for transfer buses, so is a great choice for disabled customers who would find using them difficult.

Insurance

The valet parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Directions

- Leave the M4 at junction 4 and follow signs for terminals 2 and 3.
- Take the airport access road to junction 4a, then go straight on through the tunnel to the traffic lights. Follow signs to terminal 3 departures, Short Stay parking and Valet Parking.
- After you pass the Short Stay multi-storey car park on your right, get into the right hand lane. You will find the Valet Parking reception at the end of this lane on the left.
