Arrival Procedures

Drive up to the entry barrier. The attendant will check your registration number and lift the barrier to let you in. Park in the arrivals area, unload your luggage and lock your car, then head to reception to check in. Toad Parking will park your car for you, so you'll need to leave your keys with reception (you should only leave your car keys - take all the others off - as the car park can't be responsible for any others). You'll be given a ticket in return. Then just hop on the shuttle bus to the airport.
The bus leaves the car park on the hour and on the half hour from November to March, and on the hour and at 20 and 40 minutes past the hour from April to October. We recommend that you arrive at the car park at least five minutes beforehand, to give yourself time to check in at reception. You should tell the driver which terminal you're going to when you board.

Departure Procedures

Once you've got your luggage back and come through Customs, give the office a call on 0161 498 9119 to let them know you're ready to be picked up. Very occasionally you may have to board the bus a short distance away from departures. When you get back to the car park, just go to reception to pick up your keys. The attendant will lift the exit barrier to let you out.

Security

The car park is surrounded by a high security fence and has regular patrols using guard dogs. There's also a security barrier at the entrance and exit, floodlighting and CCTV.

Transfer Information

The shuttle bus to and from the airport runs 24 hours a day and is included in the price. The bus leaves the car park on the hour and on the half hour from November to March, and on the hour and at 20 and 40 minutes past the hour from April to October. There may be extra buses if the car park is busy.

The car park does not have disabled facilities.
