For dinner, don't miss out on good quality, local produce at the Grill restaurant. There's fish from the Kent and Sussex coast, beef and veal from the west country, chicken from Suffolk and salmon from Scotland - and a whole section of the menu is devoted to explaining the origins of the produce and the standards of animal welfare. The restaurant is open for lunch from noon to 2pm and dinner from 6pm to 10pm and there's also a bar attached to the restaurant that is open 24 hours a day.

Transfer Information
The quickest way to get to the airport and back is to take a taxi to terminal 5. The journey will take around 10 minutes.You can catch the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel to the airport and back - it runs regularly during the airport's opening hours. You may need to catch a free train between terminals, depending on where you are travelling from, so leave plenty of time. When bought in advance, tickets cost £4.50 per person one way and £8 return. They cost £5 for a single and £9 return if purchased from the driver on the day. Up to two children under 15 can travel free with a paying adult.
