You can book a taxi to any of the terminals 24 hours a day, which will cost between £10-£20, depending on the size of vehicle and the terminal you're going to, plus an extra £2.90 for the drop-off, if you speak to the hotel's reception. There's also the option of getting London bus 140, which is cheaper at just £2.40 per person; it will have less space for luggage though and doesn't pick up right outside the hotel entrance. The bus runs 24 hours a day, every 10 to 15 minutes.
