Holiday Inn M4 J4 near Heathrow Airport

With its children's playroom, children's menu, children's TV channels and free food for children, it's fair to describe the Holiday Inn M4 J4 as a family-friendly hotel. And it's one where there's as much for the adults to enjoy as the kids. Like the two restaurants, the Irish bar, the 24-hour fitness centre, the coffee bar in the lobby and the soundproofed, air conditioned rooms. Well, it was our most popular Heathrow hotel in 2010!

Directions to Hotel

- Leave the M4 at junction 4.
- At the motorway roundabout, take the exit signposted "all other routes".
- At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the A408 Holloway Lane.
- Shortly after, you'll come to a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Sipson Road.
- The hotel will be on your left.

If you're using a SatNav, please use the postcode UB7 0HP as this will take you closer to the hotel.

Room Facilities

All rooms at the hotel have soundproofing, air conditioning, double glazing, satellite and cable TV with pay-per-view movies, an en-suite bathroom with toiletries, a hairdryer, tea and coffee, an iron and an ironing board, a trouser press, a desk with a lamp, wifi, a phone with voicemail and a safe. You can even get video games in your room.

The hotel has a gym, which is open 24 hours a day.

Restaurant Details

For a hotel at this price, the last thing you'll be expecting is a range of exotic food, from fish pie or a good steak to Chinese Dim Sum.
The hotel's main eatery is the Rotisserie restaurant. The menu ranges from British meat, including Blythburgh pork and herb sausages and slow-braised beef, to more exotic dishes such as fajitas or lamb dhansak. Starters include calamari and Italian antipasti. For dessert, you could try a rocky road sundae, chocolate honeycomb cheesecake or the old favourite profiteroles. Children under 13 eat free and the kids' menu offers healthy, child-friendly dishes like fish fingers, cottage pie and tomato pasta.
At lunchtimes, the hotel's Lounge bar serves a range of simple meals, including burgers, deli food and hot sandwiches. If you'd rather stay in your comfy room, the hotel offers a 24-hour room service, so just order something up.
The Rotisserie restaurant serves the hotels buffet breakfast from 6am to 10.30am (6.30am to 11am on weekends).
If you have little ones in tow, then kids aged 12 and under eat free anywhere in the hotel.

Disabled Facilities

The hotel has nine rooms which have been adapted for disabled guests. These have wider doors and lowered features. If you would like to book a disabled room, please give us a call. The lifts are wheelchair-accessible, there are disabled spaces in the car park, and the hotel accepts guide dogs.

Transfer Information

You can catch the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel to the airport and back - it runs regularly during the airport's opening hours.

T2 and T3:
From terminals 2 and 3, youâ??ll need to get the bus H1. The first bus from terminal 2 is at 04:47 and then every 20-30 minutes until 23:47. From terminal 3 the first bus is at 04:42 and then every 20-30 minutes until 23:42.

T4:
The Heathrow Hoppa bus doesn't run directly to T4. You will need to catch the bus to T5 and use the free Heathrow Express to T4.
Alternatively the hotel can arrange a taxi to the terminal for you.

T5:
If youâ??re going from T5 youâ??ll need the H51 bus. They go from 4:49am every 30 minutes until 11:49pm.

Price:
When bought in advance, tickets cost £4.50 per person one way and £8 return. They cost £5 for a single and £9 return if purchased from the driver on the day. Up to two children under 15 can travel free with a paying adult.
