There's something we can't quite put our finger on about the Novotel and why it's so fantastic. It could be the extravagant, open-air feeling the decor gives you. It might be the reception, awash with a sea of bright features, low-hanging lights and helpful staff. It could even be the great pool, where you can practice that perfect pool-side pose in time for your holiday. Maybe it's just that, with the Novotel, you get luxury features for a startlingly low price.

Restaurant Details
If you're looking for a delicious dinner, then you're in the right place. Just writing about the menu in the Elements Restaurant actually has made us feel hungry. The varied and appetising menu features everything from Malaysian-style noodles, with strips of rump steak, shiitake mushrooms, fresh ginger, shallots and oyster sauce, to fillet of sea bass with tomato and chorizo tortellini, caramelised chicory and red onion salsa. We'd choose the Indian sharing plate to start, followed by piri piri chicken with sweet potato fries and summer coleslaw, and we wouldn't be able to resist the wild strawberry trifle for dessert. And, as if you weren't going to have enough trouble deciding, there's also a delicious-sounding array of sandwiches, including a chicken, chorizo and Swiss cheese panini, and a Parma ham, rocket, pesto, sunblush tomato and parmesan open sandwich.
With so many possibilities to weigh up, it's just as well that dinner is served until 11pm. Bar snacks are also available in the bar and coffee lounge, which is open from 8am to 1am.
