You'll want to check out the hotel's two, fantastic bar/restaurants once you've worked up an appetite in the health centre. We'd start out with the Verve bar and grill, which offers modern twists on delicious favourite dishes like Italian pasta, fresh seafood and succulent cuts of meat grilled on heated rocks. It's an experience that shouldn't be missed, and you can wash it down with your choice from a whole menu of beers, ciders and ales. On Sundays, you can even enjoy a delicious carvery roast. The restaurant is open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00, every night.

Step out for the night at the hotel's pub. The Public House is an old-fashioned pub with a sports-bar feel. You can pull up a comfy chair and enjoy a tipple or a pint while you take in a sports even on the big screen, or just soak up the atmosphere. If you'd prefer something lighter, cheaper or less formal than Verve, you can even choose from a menu of pub grub, including delicious burgers, pizza, doorstep bloomer sandwiches, onion rings or nachos. The pub is open from 12:00 to 23:30, 00:30 on Fridays and Saturdays and 23:00 on Sundays. On the other hand, the hotel's Cafe Vibe has coffee and light meals from 08:00 to 18:00.

In the morning, treat yourself to a decadent buffet breakfast at Verve. The restaurant offers a huge buffet of English breakfast options from 07:00 to 09:30 on weekdays, 07:30 until 10:00 on Saturday and 07:30 until 10:30 on Sunday.
